Sales Executive

As WhiteRose Ventures continues to expand its client portfolio and prepare for national growth, we’re looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional customer service skills to represent well-known national brands.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be engaging in a variety of marketing campaigns, including business-to-consumer initiatives, corporate business-to-business strategies, and hybrid approaches involving promotional events.

We offer comprehensive training on client brands and are looking for someone who can absorb key information quickly while also contributing ideas to optimise campaign performance.

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are crucial for managing sales administration and ensuring GDPR compliance when handling customer data.

We’re seeking an outgoing, eager-to-learn individual who will approach our clients’ brands and customers with enthusiasm and care, creating a positive and lasting brand experience.

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required, as full training is provided.

Management Trainee

As WhiteRose Ventures continues to expand, we’re looking to develop future leaders. In response to increasing client demand, we’ve created a fast-track training programme designed to cultivate talent across multiple disciplines, with the goal of helping individuals reach a senior position within 12 months.

The selected candidate will begin by working closely with our marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in customer acquisition, brand representation, and customer service. From there, you’ll collaborate with our supervisory team to hone your leadership abilities. The next phase will involve working alongside our junior management team to explore the operational side of the business.

This cross-training and interdepartmental development will prepare you to take on direct responsibility for one of our expanding client portfolios. Your progress will be tracked using clear, pre-defined criteria, offering a transparent path for growth and success.

Second Stage Interview: A Deeper Dive

The next stage is a 45-60 minute conversation, either in person or via video call. This is your opportunity to delve into your professional background and explore how it aligns with our vision. We’ll take you through our client projects, current objectives, and provide a detailed look at the roles, responsibilities, and potential for career growth within our team. You’ll have the chance to ask questions and gain deeper insight into how we operate.

Open Day: Experience WhiteRose Ventures

For certain roles, we invite candidates to spend a day with us. The Open Day offers an opportunity to explore the company firsthand, meet the team, and get a true sense of our culture and growth. This is a relaxed, hands-on experience where you can gain a real feel for what it’s like to work with us.

Final Interview: Finding the Right Fit

The final stage is a brief 15-20 minute one-on-one conversation with a senior manager, either online or in person. This meeting is about ensuring your goals and values align with ours.
